Whether it is played online or in a traditional brick-and-mortar casino, Blackjack remains one of the most popular casino card games in the world. It’s fairly easy for casual gamblers to learn, yet there is some strategy involved that people develop over several years. Most of all, it’s an exciting and fact-paced game where seemingly anything can happen.

Anyone who is familiar with the rules of standard Blackjack should feel right at home with blackjack switch, as it features most of the same rules. The object is still to have a hand that comes as close to 21 without going over, or at least to beat the dealer’s hand. There are a few differences between Blackjack Switch and standard Blackjack, the biggest of which is that each player plays two hands at once. The player places a bet for each hand and generally plays them just like in a typical game of Blackjack, except the top cards of each hand can be switched if the player thinks it will result in stronger hands. The dealer also must play the “soft 17″ rule, meaning he must hit when he has 17 with an ace. This is actually typical of most casino Blackjack games, but it is universal in Blackjack Switch. Another major difference is that a dealer’s hand of 22 results in a “push” as opposed to a “bust.” When this happens, all bets are returned unless a player has a hand of 21.
Many Blackjack Switch games also feature a special “super match” betting pocket. Players win super match bets when their initial hands (or first four cards) contain at least two matching cards. The odds of winning super match bets are usually displayed on the table at a casino.
There obviously aren’t many differences between Blackjack Switch and traditional Blackjack, but it is worth a look for those who want something different from a Blackjack game.
